Instructions for use:

Open the heater through the indicated arrows on the top of the heater and place the bag of food in the heater. Add water to the warmer, up to the measuring cup shown at the bottom of the heater (50ml). Fold the empty part of the warmer over the full part of the heater where the food pouch is located and seal with the tape found on the heater. Place the heater on a flat surface so that the heating bag that is in the heater is on the bottom of the heater. After 10-12 minutes the food is ready, carefully remove it - WARNING - the contents are hot.

The activated heater produces heat and steam. Do not use with an open flame. Do not attempt to reclose the heater while the heater is activated. Use only in ventilated areas - not in aircraft. The heater and its products are not intended for human consumption. Activate before disposal then dispose of as other waste. If the heater is not activated, dispose of the product as hazardous waste according to applicable local regulations.
