JACK is a high performance HPA (High Pressure Air) conversion for AEG. The system is a drop-in cylinder exchange that is universally compatible with a wide range of transmission versions that have center nozzles.

JACK replaces the original transmission components with a programmable pneumatic system that allows for higher performance and greater reliability compared to a transmission driven system.

Although the JACK is affordable, it still maintains the same performance and quality you expect from PolarStar products. The jack has only one moving part, the nozzle, which acts as its own poppet valve. The nozzle is only controlled by a solenoid to open the air flow through the seat, with no firing air coming from the solenoid itself. This design allows the JACK to send a higher flow of air into the barrel than systems that only use a solenoid as the firing valve.

JACK HPA conversion kits can also be configured for use in gel blasters.

Velocity:
JACK allows for easy speed adjustment by changing the inlet pressure and does not need different nozzles to achieve the full speed range. Using the standard M4 as an example, it can be set from less than 280 fps to around 500 fps with a .20g BB. Velocity may vary by model, as longer barrels will increase maximum velocity while shorter barrels will decrease it.

ROF:
The maximum cycling frequency of the JACK is affected by several factors such as the operating pressure, as well as the quality of the magazine and the BBs used. However, 30 rounds per second is possible in most standard configurations.

Air efficiency:
Although not a critical requirement during development, JACK™ boasts some very respectable numbers in this category. This is made possible by its intelligently arranged design that minimizes dead volume, resulting in better airflow, faster response and less air used per shot.
