The light, compact and versatile Helix Backcountry lamp is designed by Princeton Tec. The body of the lamp is made of high-quality impact- and weather-resistant polymer. The folding lampshade made of transparent material helps to distribute the light evenly in a 360° range. The folding legs in the lower part allow stable placement on uneven terrain. Thanks to its robust design and IPX6 rating, the lamp is resistant to splashing water and rain. A sliding panel on the side of the lamp base serves for convenient control. The lampshade can be detached. The base of the lamp consists of three LED diodes - white Maxbright and two red Ultrabright.

The lamp is buttonless, the individual lighting modes can be controlled by passing your finger over the field marked with the inscription "SWIPE":

1x from left to right = maximum intensity of white light
2x from left to right = lower intensity of white light
3x from left to right = flashing
1x from right to left = maximum intensity of red light
2x from right to left = lower intensity of red light
3x from right to left = flashing
touch in the central part of the panel "swipe" = continuous change of light intensity
1x in any direction after lighting up = extinguishing
