Ingredients: Potatoes 43%, chicken meat 19.5%, coconut milk, water, coconut powder, sunflower vegetable oil, starch, salt, lime juice, garlic, onion, pepper, thickener E415.

Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature from 3 °C to 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. After opening, use within 24 hours.

Instructions for use: We recommend using self-heating to prepare food, put an unopened package of Outmeals food into the self-heating bag, then pour a measuring cup of water into the self-heating bag. The cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. The cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put in the self-heating, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
