Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature between 3 °C and 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. After opening, consume within 24 hours
Instructions for use: we recommend using a self-heater to prepare the food, place the unopened packet of Outmeals in the self-heating bag, then pour water into the self-heating bag by the measuring cup. Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. The cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put into the self-heating bag, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
