Ingredients: water, wheat chips (gluten) 12%, lactose-free cream (milk), apple puree 4.4%, sugar, vegetable rapeseed oil, salt, flavourings, mango flavour, emulsifier E472e, modified corn starch, thickener guar and xanthan gum. Product may contain celery, soy, egg and mustard.

Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature between 3 °C and 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 24h after opening.

Directions for use: we recommend using a self-heater to prepare the food, place the unopened Bla Band food pack into the self-heating bag, then pour water into the self-heating bag by the measuring cup. Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. Cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put in the self-heating bag, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
