Ingredients: Cooked long grain rice 43%, water, lactose-free cream (milk), sugar, vegetable rapeseed oil, salt, emulsifier E472e, vanilla flavour, modified corn starch, thickener guar and xanthan gum. Product may contain gluten, celery, soy, egg and mustard.

Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature between 3 °C and 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 24 hours after opening.

Instructions for use: Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. Cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put in the self-heating bag, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
